摘　　要：变频调速是实现工业洗衣机自动控制的最佳选择。采用三菱可编程逻辑控制器FX_(2N)-48MR结合FA-A540控制电机变频调速,实现工业洗衣机具有洗涤、漂洗、脱水全自动功能,介绍了工业洗衣机工作原理,控制系统的流程图及软硬件配置等。Frequency control is to achieve the best choice for industrial washing machine automatic control, using Mitsubishi programmable logic controller FX2N-48MR combined with FA-A540 control motor frequency control, to achieve industrial washing machine with washing, rinsing, dehydration automatic function, introduced the working principle of industrial washing machine, control system flow chart and hardware and software configuration.
