摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医师成长的必由之路，大坪医院放射科通过建立严格的管理制度、加强人科教育、改革学术讲座模式、设置规培生导师制、细化考核制度等，明显增强了学员的基础理论水平及临床工作能力，提高了放射科住院医师规范化培训质量。Residency training is the mainstream model of doctor training around the world. Radiol- ogy teaching is an important p^rt of the resident practice training. The purpose is improving and upgrading the quality of the residency training by establishing rigorous management system, intensifying the teachers disposition, setting tutorial system and reforming the examination and supervisor system, the residents.
