摘 要:污泥脱水机房和污泥干化机房是污水处理厂恶臭气体的主要产生单元,所造成的恶臭污染影响着工作人员和周边居民的身体健康。为优化机房的机械通风,有效排出恶臭气体,以某污水处理厂的污泥脱水机房和污泥干化机房为研究对象,采用数值模拟软件,模拟计算两个机房的不同区域在不同机械通风方案工况下的室内污染物浓度分布特征、气流组织分布情况以及流场分布情况,分别提出了污泥脱水机房和污泥干化机房的机械通风优化设计方案,指导该污水处理厂恶臭气体针对性收集与处理。Sludge dewatering room and sludge drying room are two of the primary source of malodorous gas in the sewage treatment plant, leading to the odor pollution which affects the health of the staff and the residents in the surrounding. For optimizing the mechanical ventilation of these two rooms, and the effective discharge of the fetor, take the sludge dewatering room and the sludge drying room of a certain sewage treatment plant as the research object, further more, by utilizing the numerical simulation software, simulate the indoor pollutant concentration distribution characteristics, air distribution and flow field distribution of different areas of these two rooms under different working condition of different mechanical ventilation schemes. The mechanical ventilation optimization design schemes are put forward for the sludge dewatering room and the sludge drying room, to guide the collection and processing of stench gas for sewage treatment plant.
