摘　　要：在大数据环境下,图书馆传统的职能结构与业务流程模式已落后于新业务发展的需要,因此,需要从图书馆体制上进行必要的改革和调整。为了实现图书馆的职能与效率的有机统一,更好服务于教学与科研工作,文章对全国53所财经类大学图书馆组织机构与业务流程现状进行了有效调查,细致分析了存在的问题,并提出了组织创新的路径及新业务拓展模式。把通过改革后的图书馆创新组织结构和业务流程方式都围绕于读者进行,围绕高校教学科研重组业务流程,构建了一个支撑新业务流程的业务部门设置优化模式。为读者、为教学科研建设提供了更新、更快的信息资源服务。In the big data environment, the traditional function structure and the business process model of the li- brary have lagged behind the needs of new business development. Therefore, it is necessary to make necessary re- form and adjustment from the library system. In order to realize the organic unity of library function and efficiency, it is better to serve the teaching and researchwork. This paper makes an effective investigation on the organizational structure and business process of 53 financial and economic university libraries in China, analyzes the existing prob- lems, and puts forward the ways of organizational innovation and new business development models. After the re- form of the library innovation, organizational structure and business processes are all around the reader, around the university teaching, research, restructuring business processes. A business unit optimization model is built to sup- port the new business process. It provides updated and faster information resource services for readers and for teaching and scientific research.
