摘  要:实验通过添加磺化二氧化钛(TiO_2-SO_3H)的方法提高PVDF-g-PSSA质子交换膜的性能。先制备TiO_2-SO_3H,再将TiO_2-SO_3H粉末与PVDF-g-PSSS聚合物共混制备复合质子交换膜。通过X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析TiO_2-SO_3H粉末的膜面元素组成,并考察不同TiO_2-SO_3H的添加量对膜的亲水性、离子交换容量(IEC)、质子传导率和晶态结构等性质的影响。结果表明,添加TiO_2-SO_3H使膜的亲水性能和质子传导性能显著提高。当TiO_2-SO_3H添加质量分数为5%时,膜的水的质量分数达到40.98%,质子传导率导率可达53.7 m S/cm。The performance of PVDF-g-PSSA proton exchange membrane was improved by adding sulfonated titanium dioxide (TiO2-SO3H) method in this experiment. Firstly, TiO2-SO3H power was prepared, then the nanocomposite membrane was prepared by blending TiO2-SO3H powder with PVDF- g-PSSA polymer. The elements of membrane were analyzed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), at the same time, the effects of different TiO2- SO3H dosage on the hydrophily, the ion exchange capacity (IEC), proton conductivity and crystalline structure of membrane were investigated. The results indicated that the hydrophily and proton conductivity property could be significantly improved by adding TiO2-SO3H. The optimal mass fraction of water and proton conductivity ratio of membrane could reach to 40.98% and 53.7 mS/cm, respectively, when the mass fraction of TiO2-SO3H was 5%.
