摘　　要：两宋之交,大元帅府在严峻的内外形势下建立并发展起来。大元帅府以帅府集团为核心力量,以檄书等文书形式为军政运行的载体。帅府集团随着军政形势的变化而随时调整、渐次形成,文、武、侧近等三类人群相互交织,却难有号召勤王力量的实权人物。大元帅府的军政运行,力图突出赵构的核心地位,以便运转更迅速、有效,但往往因受制于各种因素,军政执行力度大打折扣。大元帅府的组织、运行,为南宋政权留下了重要政治遗产。南宋初年宰执更迭、武将受控、近习干政、御前统军等诸多政治现象,往往可追溯至大元帅府时期的统军思路及军政运行方式。Because of the disaster of Jing Kang（ 靖康）,Zhao Gou＇ s headquarter of marshal（ 大元帅府）,where he proclaims himself emperor,has gradually enlarged among several military arms,carrying out military affairs with war proclamation. The hard core of marshal is marshal group and the supporting body is military documents. Its military operation gives prominence to Zhao Gou in order to be more effective. Zhao Gou＇ s marshal has left us a great political legacy for Southern Song Dynasty. A lot of political phenomena can date back to the age of marshal time.
