摘　　要：心力衰竭现已成为威胁患者生命的主要心血管疾病之一,早发现、早诊断、早治疗是目前减缓心力衰竭继续恶化的有效措施。近几年半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)与心力衰竭的关系一直备受关注。已有研究证实,Gal-3参与了心室重构和心力衰竭病理生理发展过程。因此,Gal-3可能在心力衰竭的诊断和治疗过程中起着重要作用,本文将对此进行综述。Heart failure has become one of the major cardiovascular diseases that threatened the life of patients. Early detection,diagnosis and treatment are effective managements to alleviate the worsening of heart failure. The relationship between Galectin 3（ Gal-3） and heart failure has been concerned in recent years. Previous studies have confirmed that Gal-3 was involved in ventricular remodeling and pathophysiological process of heart failure. Therefore,Gal-3 may play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. In this article,recent progress in the relationship between Gal-3 and heart failure was reviewed.
