海泡石填充硬质聚氯乙烯的研究

摘　　要：探讨了海泡石的结构及海泡石对聚氯乙烯的补强机理 ,研究了国产海泡石填充硬质聚氯乙烯 (UPVC)的性能。结果表明 ,在 10 0份UPVC中添加 10份海泡石可获得综合性能较好的复合材料 。The structure of the sepiolite and the reinforcing mechanism of the sepiolite in the UPVC were studied. The property of domestic UPVC filled with sepiolite was also studied. The result showed that a composite of UPVC/sepiolite 100/10 exhibited better comprehensive properties.Then a new way of applying sepiolite was presented.
