摘　　要：农业信息服务是信息化建设的主要内容。农业信息服务内容和实效性都有待于进一步加强,尤其农业信息服务的"最后一公里"现象尤为突出。通过总结辽宁省益农信息服务社的具体做法,分析了成功的经验和取得的具体成效及实施效果。结合自身实际,整合涉农机构和部门,依托现有的12316服务平台,采取整体推进的方式,在村级设立益农信息社,为农民提供四种服务:农业公益服务、便民服务、电子商务、培训体验服务。最后总结了辽宁省农业信息服务的经验,提出了农业信息服务的未来发展趋势和方向。Agricultural information service is the main content of information construction.Agricultural information service content and effectiveness are to be further strengthened.The ＂last mile＂ phenomenon of agricultural information services is particularly prominent.First of all,the concrete practices of Liaoning Yimin Information Service were summarized,and the successful experience and concrete achievements and implementation results were analyzed.Combined with their own reality,the integration of agriculture-related institutions and departments,relying on the existing 12316 service platform,to take the overall approach to promote the village in the establishment of agricultural information society for farmers to provide four services：agricultural public services,convenience services,e-commerce,training experience services.Finally,the experience of agricultural information service in Liaoning province was summarizes.The future development trend and direction of agricultural information service were put forward.
