摘 要:数学模拟技术作为一种模拟仿真技术,可方便、快捷、有效地应用于工艺优化以提高出水水质及降低运行成本等。建立污水厂生化单元A/O工艺的数学模型,进行模型校正和验证。以建立的数学模型为基础,分别对溶解氧、污泥回流比的工艺参数进行条件变化,对不同工况条件进行运行模拟。通过对模拟结果进行分析,实现工艺优化的目标。工艺参数优化结果:可降低曝气池中的溶解氧至2mg/L,既保证出水水质变化不大,又可以减少运行的鼓风机台数,降低能耗。The mathematical simulation technology can be conveniently and effectively used in the process optimization of biochemical unit to improve water quality and reduce the operating cost.In the paper,the mathematical model of A/O process of biochemical unit in our sewage plant was established,and the model was calibrated and validated.Based on the mathematical model,the conditions of the process parameters of dissolved oxygen and the sludge reflux ratio were changed respectively,and the simulation under different working conditions was carried out.By analyzing the simulation results,the goal of process optimization has achieved.The result of process parameter optimization can reduce dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank to 2mg/L,which not only ensures little change in water quality,but also reduces the number of running fan stations and reduces energy consumption.
