摘 要:高层木结构技术代表着木建筑的一个新的发展方向及绿色建筑技术的革命性进步,近几年全球已有10余座正交胶合木(CLT)作为主要结构材料的高层建筑落成。尽管目前其仍然处于实验性建造阶段,但是各国的建造计划指数仍呈现出增长的态势。本文综合已建成的高层木建筑的技术资料,重点结合对Forté公寓的分析,总结了CLT高层建筑在材料和建造方面的明显技术优势,以及在结构和防火方面的局限与突破路径。在当前国家大力发展绿色建筑的背景下,旨在为国内蓄势待发的现代木建筑建设提供基础研究和技术准备。The high-rise wood structure technology represents a new development direction of wood building and the revolutionary progress of green building technology.In recent years,more than ten high-rise buildings all over the world have been built with cross-laminated timber(CLT) as the main structural materials.Although it is still in the experimental stage of construction,the international construction plans are still showing a trend of exponential growth.This paper synthesizes the technical information of finished high-rise wood buildings with the combination of the Forté apartment analysis,and summarizes the evident technical advantages of CLT high-rise buildings in the aspects of material and construction,as well as the limitations and breakthroughs in the aspects of structure and fire protection.In the context of national green building development,it is aimed to provide basic research and technical preparation for the domestic launching construction of modern wood building.
