摘　　要：随着知识经济和全球一体化进程的发展,建筑企业所面临的竞争越来越激烈。建筑企业既是典型的项目导向型企业,又是知识密集型企业。知识资本是建筑企业的最大的财富,企业竞争力优势的发展依赖高效的项目知识管理。建筑企业在项目运行的过程中越来越多地体现了项目知识管理的重要性,项目知识来自于项目,并通过项目知识管理机制被积累、创造、更新、传播和应用。项目管理和知识管理有机融合,即项目知识管理的应用,将有效提高建筑企业技术、管理水平,提升企业核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的建筑企业管理模式。With the development of knowledge economy and the process of global integration,construction enterprises are facing more and more intense competition.Construction enterprises are both typical project-oriented enterprises,but also knowledge-intensive enterprises.Knowledge capital is the greatest wealth of construction enterprises,and the development of enterprise competitive advantage depends on efficient project knowledge management.The project operation status of the construction enterprise is more and more important,and the project knowledge comes from the project,which is accumulated,created,updated,disseminated and applied through the project knowledge management mechanism.The project management and knowledge management organic integration,that is,the application of project knowledge management,will effectively improve the construction enterprise technology,management level,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve sustainable development of construction enterprises management model.
