摘　　要：文章通过SWOT模型分析法,简述运营商大数据的优势、劣势、当前面临的机遇以及威胁,并对当前的大数据变现模式和国际运营商大数据变现案例进行深入剖析。通过对大数据变现模式总结,结合运营商自身大数据特点,同时借鉴国际运营商大数据变现的实践经验,提出国内运营商大数据变现"扬长避短"、"开放合作"的策略建议,为国内运营商在大数据变现模式及策略的选择上提供一定的参考。This article discusses about the advantages ＆ disadvantages of big data industry for operators and the opportunities ＆ threats they are facing, and makes a deep analysis upon the realization pattern of big data and the realization use cases on big data industry from international operators. According to the summary of the current realization pattern of big data business, a tactic focused on ‘Making good use of advantages ＆ bypassing the disadvantages’ and ‘Open and cooperate’ is raised for the realization of big data business from Chinese operators considering their own characteristics and referring to international operator’s experience, which gives Chinese operators selective reference on the realization.
