摘  要:在实验室仅存在混合刻度源条件下,探讨不同解谱方法对放射性核素活度估算的适用性。本文利用HPGe γ谱仪测量样品,并分别采用效率曲线法和相对比较法来分析样品中^(241)Am、^(60)Co、^(137)Cs、^(40)K核素活度。结果表明,若干扰核素对样品中待分析核素产生的影响可忽略,但对混合刻度源中相应的待分析核素影响较大时,经综合考虑,相对比较法所得结果优于效率曲线法;若干扰核素对样品中待分析核素产生的影响不可忽略,但对混合刻度源中相应的待分析核素影响不大时,与相对比较法相比,效率曲线法占优势。Background: Currently, mixture calibration sources, generally used in laboratory for saving cost, are limited in spectrum analysis. Purpose: The aim is to study the suitability of two spectrum analysis methods under the condition of mixture calibration source. Methods: In this work, four radionuclides, ^(241) Am, ^(60) Co, ^(137) Cs, and ^(40) K, were measured by HPGe γ spectrometry and analyzed with relative comparison and efficiency curve methods under the condition of the mixture calibration source. Results: Relative comparison method can not calculate the radioactive activity of test nuclide influenced by interference nuclide, if interference nuclide could be ignored in mixture calibration source. Conclusion: Relative comparison method has an advantage comparing with efficiency curve method, if interference nuclide has no effect on test nuclide included in sample, but has a great effect on test nuclide included in mixture calibration source. However, efficiency curve method has an advantage comparing with relative comparison method. If interference nuclide has a great effect on test nuclide included in sample, but no effect appears on test nuclide included in mixture calibration source.
