摘 要:目的探讨模糊数学综合评价模型在制鞋业职业病危害风险评估中的应用。方法根据风险评估原理,结合工程分析、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、专家评估等方法,应用模糊数学综合评价模型对成都市某制鞋企业可能存在的职业病风险因素进行风险评估。结果利用模糊数学综合评价模型得出该制鞋企业的综合风险评估模型总得分(F值)为11.718,为中度职业病危害项目,存在的职业病风险在采取改进措施后是可以接受的。结论模糊数学综合评价模型能够评估项目的总体和各评价因素风险等级和发生的可能性,具有一定优越性,但该模型涉及的因素较多,对技术要求较高,存在一定的不稳定性和不确定性,尚需要进一步研究。Objective To explore the applicability of the fuzzy mathematical model evaluation method in the risk assessment of occupational disease hazards in the shoe manufacture industry. Methods According to the principle of risk assessment, in combination with engineering analysis of site investigation, occupational health investigation and occupational health inspection and expert evaluation method, the fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation model was applied to assess the possible occupational risk factors of a shoe company in Chengdu. Results Using the fuzzy mathematics model evaluation model, the total score of comprehensive risk assessment model (F value) of the shoe company was 11. 718, which should be defined as a moderate occupational- disease- inductive project. However, the occupational disease hazard by taking some improvement measures would be acceptable. Conclusion Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is certainly superior for its features assessing the project's overall and risk grade and the possibility of each risk factor, but the model which involves too many factors ,which is hard for manipulating ,which is unstable and uncertain, still need further research.
