摘 要:目的建立低硒大鼠模型,比较其对富硒大米和亚硒酸钠的生物利用效果。方法 81只3-4周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和低硒模型组,建立低硒大鼠模型。将低硒大鼠随机均分为:低硒模型组,低、高水平亚硒酸钠组,低、高水平富硒大米组,饲喂相应饲料;8周后处死,测定全血及组织硒含量,血清、肝、肾中GSH-PX、SOD活性和TrxR、MDA含量。结果 (1)与低硒模型组相比,各富硒组全血及组织硒含量,血清、肝、肾GSH-PX、SOD活性及TrxR含量均升高,MDA含量降低(P<0.001)。(2)心、肝硒含量,肝TrxR含量:高水平富硒大米组高于其他富硒组(P<0.05);血清MDA含量:高水平富硒大米组低于其他富硒组(P<0.05);肝肾GSH-PX及肝SOD活性:2个高硒组分别高于2个低硒组(P<0.05);肝脏MDA含量:2个高硒组分别低于2个低硒组(P<0.05);肾脏硒含量、血清TrxR含量:高水平富硒大米组高于低水平富硒大米组。结论富硒大米生物利用效果优于亚硒酸钠,硒含量高的富硒大米有助于提升低硒模型大鼠抗氧化能力。Objective To compare the bioavailability of selenium - enriched rice and sodium selenite with the low - selenium rat model. Methods 81 male weaning SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NC) and low - selenium diet group to build low - selenium rat model. And then low - selenium rats were randomly divided into low - selenium model group (LS) ,low- level and high- level sodium selenite groups (LSS and HSS) and low- level and high -level selenium -enriched rice groups (LSR and HSR). Rats in each group were fed with the corresponding feed. The selenium content,the GSH - PX and SOD activity and TrxR and MDA content in blood and tissue were measured after 8 weeks of intervention. Results ( 1 ) The selenium content,the GSH - PX and SOD activity and TrxR content in blood and tissue were higher in selenium - enriched groups than in LS,and the MDA content was lower in selenium -enriched groups than in LS (P 〈0. 001 ). (2) The heart and liver selenium content and liver TrxR content were higher in HSR than in other selenium - enriched groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the serum MDA content was just the opposite (P 〈0.05). The GSH - PX and SOD activity in liver and GSH - PX activity in the kidney in HSR and HSS were respectively higher than those in LSR and LSS (P 〈 0.05) ,while the liver MDA content was just the opposite ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And kidney selenium content and serum TrxR content were higher in HSR than in LSR. Conclusion The bioavailability of selenium - enriched rice is better than sodium selenite, and the high - level selenium - enriched rice can improve the antioxidant capacity of low - selenium model rats.
