摘  要:目的分析HIV-1抗体阳性新发感染者和长期感染者蛋白印迹带型变化,探讨它们的带型分布特征。方法对2014-2016年湛江市HIV-1抗体阳性的男男人群进行新发感染检测,确定新发感染组和长期感染组,对两组的蛋白印迹带型进行统计分析。结果膜蛋白gp41、gp120、gp160、酶蛋白p66和核心蛋白p24阳性率最高(总阳性率分别为94.7%、100.0%、100.0%、96.0%、100.0%),其次是酶蛋白p31、p51(总阳性率分别为84.0%、85.3%),核心蛋白p17(52.0%)和前体蛋白p55(24.0%)最低;新发感染者各带型阳性率总体上比长期感染者低,具体是膜蛋白gp120、gp160和核心蛋白p24始终保持100.0%阳性率,酶蛋白p66稍有下降(100.0%降到94.7%),而其它带型阳性率均有不同程度升高,且各带型在新发感染和长期感染中差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);新发感染者缺失p17+p55(61.1%)比长期感染者(36.8%)要高很多(P=0.070)。结论带型p17+p55的缺失可能提示为新发感染者(P=0.070),待继续收集资料进一步阐明。Objective To analyze the change of the protein blotting of the recent and long - term infections with HIV - 1 antibody positive, and to learn about the features of type distribution. Methods New infection detection in gay men with HIV - 1 antibody positive was performed in Zhanjiang from 2014 to 2016. According to the results, these cases were classified into two groups,lncluding the recent infection group and the long - term infection group. The protein blotting pattern of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results The membrane protein gp41 ,gp120,gp160 and core protein p24 showed the highest positive rates (94.7% ,100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0% ,respectively). The enzyme protein p31 ,pS1 ,p66 were the next positive rates of 84.0% ,85.3% ,96.0%. And the positive rates of core protein p17 (52.0%) and the precursor protein p55 (24.0%) were the lowest. On the whole, the positive rates of protein pattern in long - term infections were higher than that in the recent infection. Specifically,the membrane protein gpl20,gpl6 and the core protein remained 100.0% positive rates. The membrane protein p66 had a slight decline ( from 100.0% to 94.7% ). And the positive rates of the rest protein patterns all had increased at different degree. The protein patterns had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05) between the recent infections and the on long- term infections. The missing rate of p17 + p55 in the recent infection (61.1%) was much higher than that of the long -term infections(P = O. 070), which was 36.8%. Conclusion The protein pattern which misses p17 + p55 probably could mean recent infection (P = 0. 070). But the further confirmation needs more research.
