摘　　要：为加快重点国有林区森林资源的恢复和培育,从2014年4月1日起,黑龙江森林林区全面停止商业性采伐,深化国有重点林区改革、加快林区经济转型发展。面对黑龙江森工林区停止商业性天然林采伐,黑龙江森工怎样转型发展,走出一条可持续发展道路。In order to accelerate the restoration and cultivation of forest resources in the state - owned forest region.
