摘　　要：小白菊内酯是一种来源于天然植物的倍半萜烯内酯,具有广泛的药理活性。近年来,为了增强小白菊内酯的溶解性及生物活性,人们对其结构开展了大量的修饰与改造研究,发现了一些更具研究价值的小白菊内酯衍生物。本文综述了小白菊内酯结构修饰、生物活性及构效关系的相关研究进展。Parthenolide is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from various natural plants and has lots of biological activities. In recent years, a wide range of parthenolide derivatives have been synthesized by structural modifications with valuable activities. In this re view, we will highlight the advances in structural modifications, biological activities and structure-ac-tivity relationships of parthenolide.
