摘　　要：介绍了湖北新洋丰肥业股份有限公司硫磺制酸装置长期停车的维护保养经验。对干吸工序干燥塔、一吸塔和二吸塔进行酸循环;对动设备进行盘车、静设备进行密封;锅炉冬季采用干法保养,其他季节湿法满水保养;熔硫槽硫磺需挖尽等。该装置采用合理的方法保养,设备无损坏、无变形、无腐蚀、催化剂无受潮损坏。Experience of maintenance in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant during long-term shut down in Hubei New Yangfeng Fertilizer Stock Co., Ltd. is described, with drying tower, first absorption tower and second absorption tower applying an acid cycle, turning the power equipment and sealing the static equipment, boiler dry maintenance in winter, using wet water maintenance in other season, sulphur in the molten sulphur tank the catalyst digged out. The device is maintained in a reasonable way, with the equipment no damaged,no deformation, no corrosion and no damage.
