摘　　要：随着工业化、城镇化、农业现代化的加速和深入推进,各种利益格局的调整,深层次社会矛盾进一步显现,一定程度上影响了社会的稳定,实施社会稳定风险评估,构建西北民族地区社会稳定风险评估体系,是从源头上预防和减少社会矛盾,促进科学决策、民主决策和构建稳定社会的重要环节。To some degree,the social stability has been influenced by the synchronously accelerated and deeply ad-vanced industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization as well as the further promotion of interest pattern and the emergency of deep-seated social contradictions. The implementation of social stability risk assessment, construction of social stability risk assessment system of the ethnic regions in Northwest China is to prevent and reduce social conflicts. In this paper,on the basis of empirical research,the index system and risk evaluation model of social stability risk assessment of providing objective basis for monitoring and warning the risk of social stability in Northwest Minority regions are to be an-alyzed.
