拓展口腔科门诊护士工作站功能在缩短患者等候时间中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究拓展口腔科门诊护士站功能对各诊疗类别患者门诊等待时间的影响。方法按受试者入选标准筛选300例口腔科门诊患者,按口腔内科,口腔外科,口腔修复科三种口腔门诊常见的治疗类别和两种导诊方式(传统导诊方式和拓展门诊护士工作站导诊方式)组合成6组,每组50例。记录患者的等候时间。结果 Kruskal–Wallis检验显示6组的等候时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。口腔修复科传统导诊方式组等候时间最长(15.0分钟),口腔外科拓展门诊护士工作站导诊方式组等候时间最短(5.0分钟)。口腔内科和口腔修复科两种导诊方式的等候时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔外科两种导诊方式的等候时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拓展口腔科门诊护理站导诊方式可缩短口腔内科和口腔修复科患者门诊等候时间。Objective To study the effect that the function of dental clinic nurse workstation produce on the waiting time for various patients. Methods 300 patients were selected based on the subject inclusion criteria. They were divided into 6 groups according to three kinds of common dental outpatient treatment categories （oral medicine department, oral surgery department and prosthodontics department） and two guidance ways （the traditional guidance way and the guidance way of expanding the outpatient nurse workstation）, 50 cases in each group. The waiting time of the patients was recorded. Results Kruskal-Wallis test revealed that there was a statistical difference among the six groups for the median waiting time （P 〈 0.01）. The traditional way of guidance group had the longest waiting time in oral prosthodontics department （15.0 minutes）, but the expand outpatient service nurse workstation group had the shortest waiting time （5.0 minutes） in oral maxillofacial department. There were statistically significant difference in the waiting time of guidance in department of oral medicine and prosthodontics（P 〈 0.05）. There were no statistically signifcant difference in the waiting time of guidance in department of oral maxillofacial surgery（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The expanding function of dental outpatient nurse workstation can shorten the waiting time for the oral medicine department and the prosthodontics department.
