急性阑尾炎患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性阑尾炎患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断结果及特点。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月我院接收的急性阑尾炎患者85例为研究对象,回顾性分析其彩色多普勒超声诊断资料。结果超声诊断结果显示,急性单纯性阑尾炎26例,诊断准确率为86.67%,急性穿孔性阑尾炎20例,诊断准确率为95.24%,急性化脓性阑尾炎34例,诊断准确率为100.00%,与病理结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断急性阑尾炎,准确率及安全性高。Objective To investigate the result and characteristics of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis data selected from 85 patients with acute appendicitis who were received and diagnosed in hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were analyze and reviewed. Results The study result shows that there were 26 cases of simple acute appendicitis with diagnosis accuracy rate of 86.67%, 20 cases of acute perforation appendicitis with diagnosis accuracy rate of 95.24 % and 34 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis with diagnosis accuracy rate of 100.00%; compared with pathological findings, the difference was not statistically signifcant（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute appendicitis, color doppler ultrasonography is quite accurate and safe.
