摘  要:目的通过研究输注储存红细胞对循环fHb水平和NO消耗的影响,探讨红细胞的储存损伤及不同人群输注储存红细胞后的效果及作用机理。方法此次研究的对象选择2014年7月—2015年6月就医于黑龙江省医院的住院患者30例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果fHb测定:3组间差别无统计学意义(F0.43,P>0.05);NO测定:3组间差别无统计学意义(F0.998,P>0.05);HP测定:3组间差别无统计学意义(F0.744,P>0.05)。结论 fHb的增高与NO的消耗,理论上可以引起输血不良反应,但是这种反应的发生与否,取决于f Hb、NO与HP的动态平衡状态。Objective To investigate the effect of infusion red blood cells on circulating fHb levels and NO consumption, and to investigate the effect and mechanism of red cell storage in different populations. Methods The subjects of this study were 30 hospitalized patients in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from July 2014 to June 2015, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no difference between the three groups (F0.43, P 〉 0.05) in fHb; NO measurement there was no difference between the three groups (F0.998, P 〉 0.05); HP measurement: there was no difference between the three groups (F0.744, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The increase of fHb and the consumption of NO can theoretically cause adverse reactions of blood transfusion, but the occurrence of this reaction depends on the dynamic equilibrium state of fHb, NO and HP.
