针对性护理对ICU老年Ⅱ、Ⅲ级COPD患者合并感染的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU老年Ⅱ、Ⅲ级COPD患者采取针对性护理的效果。方法收集我院2014年1月—2016年1月所接收ICU老年Ⅱ、Ⅲ级COPD患者中任选100例,对照组患者50例,以常规方式护理,另50例患者则辅以针对性护理。针对治疗效果间差异加以对比。结果对照组的呼吸机脱机率低于观察组,对照组的ICU转出率低于观察组的ICU转出率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU老年Ⅱ、Ⅲ级COPD患者可以通过针对性护理方式,能提高患者呼吸机脱机率、ICU转出率。Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing on elderly patients with grade II and III COPD in ICU. Methods 100 cases of old ICU II and III COPD patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in the study, the control group of 50 patients was given conventional nursing, the other 50 patients was given targeted nursing. The difference therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared. Results The weaning rate of the ventilator in the control group was lower than that of the weaning ventilator in the observation group, and the rate of ICU out of the control group was lower than that of the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ICU elderly patients with grade II and III COPD can improve the weaning rate of weaning patients and the rate of ICU out through targeted nursing.
