快速康复理念在提升妇科腹腔镜手术患者治疗效能感中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究快速康复理念在提升妇科腹腔镜手术患者治疗效能感中的效果。方法将2016年1—12月进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的80例患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组进行常规腹腔镜手术护理,观察组则以快速康复理念为指导进行护理。统计与比较两组患者护理前后的GSES量表及治疗效能感自我评估结果。结果护理前两组患者的GSES量表及治疗效能感自我评估结果比较,P均>0.05,而护理后观察组的GSES量表及治疗效能感自我评估结果均好于对照组,P均<0.05。结论快速康复理念在提升妇科腹腔镜手术患者治疗效能感中的效果较好。Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation idea in improving the therapeutic efficacy of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods 80 patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 40 cases, the control group was given care with routine nursing of gynecological laparoscopic operation, the observation group was given care with the nursing guided by the rapid rehabilitation idea, then the GSES scale and therapeutic effcacy self-assessment results of two groups before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Results The GSES scale and therapeutic effcacy self-assessment results of two groups before the nursing were compared, all P 〉 0.05, the GSES scale and therapeutic efficacy self-assessment results of observation group after the nursing were better than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of rapid rehabilitation idea in improving the therapeutic efficacy of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation is better.
