认知护理服务在甲状腺肿瘤护理中的应用价值评析

摘　　要：目的探讨认知护理服务在甲状腺肿瘤护理中的应用价值,为临床提供参考依据。方法选择我院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,共100例,通过信封抽取的方式分成实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组采取常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上采取认知护理服务,对比分析两组患者血压水平、心率与心理状态等指标。结果实验组的SAS评分、SDS评分、收缩压、舒张压及心率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知护理服务在甲状腺肿瘤护理中具有积极的应用价值,可有效改善患者的不良心理情绪。Objective To analyze the value of cognitive nursing service in thyroid tumor nursing,and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 100 cases of thyroid tumor patients in our hospital were taken as the research object and divided into the experimental group through the envelope extraction method （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）, the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group adopted cognitive nursing service on the basis of routine nursing, compared two groups of patients about the level of blood pressure heart rate and mental state index. Results The SAS score, SDS score, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the experimental group were significantly different compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion Cognitive nursing service has positive application value in thyroid tumor nursing, and can effectively improve the patient＇s bad mood and emotion.
