多层螺旋CT(MS-CT)在老年人不典型阑尾炎的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析多层螺旋CT(MS-CT)在老年人不典型阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法入选2013年3月—2017年3月在该院接受治疗的不典型阑尾炎的老年患者62例,均经过多层螺旋CT(MS-CT)检查诊断,以手术病理检查的诊断结果为标准,判断MS-CT检查诊断的准确率。结果 MS-CT诊断中单纯性急性阑尾炎为41.9%,阑尾脓肿为46.8%,阑尾炎钙化为6.5%。MS-CT的诊断准确率为96.8%,漏诊率为3.2%。结论多层螺旋CT(MS-CT)在老年人不典型阑尾炎的诊断准确率高,方法简单,应用安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective This pap er tries to analyze the value of multi- slice spiral CT （MS-CT） in the diagnosis of atypi-cal appendicitis in the elderly. Methods 62 elderly patients with atypical appendicit is underwent multi - slice spiral CT （MS-CT） diagnosis from March 2013 to March 2017 in this hospital, the accuracy of MS-CT diagnosis was judged based on the surgery and pathological examination. Results The simple appendici t is accounted for 41.9% in MS-CT diagnosis, appendiceal abscess was 46.8%, appendici t is calcification was 6.5%. The diagnostic accuracy of MS-CT was 96.8%, and the rate of missed diagnosis was 3.2%. Conclusion The accuracy of multi- slice spiral CT （MS-CT） in the diagnosis of atypical appendicit is in the elderly is high, with simple method and high safety, so it is worth populariza-tion in clinical practice.
