昆明市西山区山羊伪结核棒状杆菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：羊伪结核病是山羊一种慢性消耗性细菌病,对山羊养殖业的危害极大。为控制本病的发生,从2016年期间,对昆明市西山区存栏的38 225只山羊开展流行病学调查,结果表明伪结核病在西山区山羊平均发病率为10.3%,病死率0.1%,采集病料经细菌分离鉴定、小鼠毒力试验、16SrRNA序列分析比较及药敏试验,结果表明,引起本病的病原菌鉴定为山羊伪结核棒状杆菌,对其中2个菌株完成了生化鉴定及药敏试验分析。生化及16S序列分析结果表明,分离菌株为羊伪结核棒状杆菌,对完成系统鉴定的2株细菌完成药敏试验,结果表明,除链霉素、甲硝唑及复方新诺明外的大多数抗菌药物均对其敏感,可为该地区及昆明其他疫区临床用药提供参考。Caseous lymphadenitis(CLA)is a chronic,pyogenic,contagious disease of goat that imposes considerable economic losses for farmers which is caused by Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis.To control the epidemiology of this disease,we carried out a survey about the epidemiology of this disease in Xishan distract Kunming city during 2016.The results showed that 10.3% of total sheep and goats were infected and the mortality was 0.1%.Bacteria were isolated and identification by DNA 16 SPCR and bacterial biochemical identification and finally identificated as Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis.The antibacterial resistance of 4strains to 36 drugs were determined by the methods of disk diffusion and serotypes were tested using glass plate agglutination.The results showed that Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis was sentisitive to most antimicrobials but had a high resistance to trimethoprim and metronidazole.This results will help to cure the disease in early stage in Kunming area.
