摘 要:外来女工是城市中的新弱势群体,运用抗逆力理论分析外来女工,弥补问题研究取向之不足,呈现外来女工的优势与资源,为强调"赋权""优势视角""人在情境中"的社会工作干预提供借鉴。研究发现,心态乐观、生活愿景积极、意志坚强、理性抗争等内部因素以及家庭支持、朋辈群体支持、社会力量支持等外部因素,共同构成了外来女工抗逆力的保护因素。社会工作者可通过挖掘个人保护因素、链接社会支持资源、倡导政府政策保护等路径,从不同层面激发和提升外来女工抗逆力。Female migrant workers are a new disadvantaged group in the city. This study analyzes femalemigrant workers under the framework of resilience theory to compensate for the deficiency of problem-orientedresearch, exhibit their tenacious vitality and provide reference for social work intervention which lays emphasison “empowerment”, “strength perspective” and “person-in-environment”. The study shows that inner factorsincluding optimistic attitude, positive life vision, strong will and rational resistance and outer factors includingfamily support, peer group support and social support make up the protective factors of female migrant workers’resilience. Social workers can use multiple paths including inspiring personal protection, linking socialresources, and advocating government policy support to stimulate and strengthen the protective factors of femalemigrant worker’ s resistance, improving their resistance.
