企业智库在中国特色新型智库体系中的定位及发展研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]解读国家对智库建设的政策思路,研究企业智库发展路径,对推进我国企业智库建设及新型智库体系构建具有重要意义。[方法/过程]针对我国企业智库发展面临影响力不足、发展道路不清晰等问题,在深入分析国家对于中国特色新型智库体系构建思路,借鉴知名企业智库的做法和经验的基础上,研究提出有关建议。[结果/结论 ]建议通过根据国家发展要求找准自身定位、适应数据信息时代特征、建立开放互动的组织体系、构建科学有效的研究模式、注重研究成果的转化与传播、创新人才队伍建设、组织创办企业智库联盟等方式进一步加强我国企业智库建设。[Purpose/significance] It is very meaningful to interpret the natinal policy thinking on the construction of the think tank and study the development path of the enterprise think tanks for promoting the construction of the enterprise think tanks and the construction of the system of new types of think tanks. [Method/process] Given the lack of infuence and the unclear development path of the enterprise think tanks, this article put forward some suggestions on the basis of analyzing national construction thinking on the system of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics as well as the practice and experience of the well-known enterprise think tanks. [Result/conclusion] Enterprise think tanks should be developed by seven methods： identifying the location according to the requirements of the national development, adapting to the data characteristic of the times, establishing an open interactive organization system, building a scientifc and effective research model, focusing on research production transformation and communication, paying more attention to the innovation of the talent team construction and founding enterprise think tank alliances.
