软式内镜清洗擦拭材料规范使用的评价研究

摘　　要：目的:研究Bemliese长纤维无纺布(简称长纤维无纺布)作为软式消化内镜再处理擦拭布的可行性。方法:选取复旦大学附属中山医院内镜中心使用的长纤维无纺布与普通纱布,进行基本性能测试,并随机使用长纤维无纺布进行软式消化内镜的床侧预处理和清洗消毒室的再处理,询问使用者对该布使用的主观感受(与以往使用纱布相比),并记录使用的客观效果。结果:在不掉毛测试、含绒量测试及吸水性测试中,长纤维无纺布均优于普通纱布。在随机使用长纤维无纺布进行75例胃镜床侧预处理和60例肠镜床侧预处理、67例胃镜再处理和40例肠镜再处理后,在掉毛性、吸水性、保水性、清洁效果、擦拭次数、使用张数等方面优于普通纱布。结论:长纤维无纺布可用于软式消化内镜再处理的擦拭布。Objective：To research the feasibility that long fiber non-woven is used as a reprocessed wiping material for cleaning flexible gastrointestinal endoscope.Methods： The long fiber non-woven and the common gauze were tested for their performances. And the long fiber non-woven was randomly applied to preprocess side of machine tool of flexible gastrointestinal endoscope and reprocess room of cleaning and disinfection. Besides, the subjective perception （compared with common gauze） of user for long fiber non-woven was investigated and its objective effects were recorded.Results： In non-shedding test, down content test and hygroscopic property test, the results of long fiber non-woven were better than that of gauze. After the long fiber non-woven was randomly used to preprocess the side of machine tool of 75 gastroscopes and 60 colonoscopes, and to reprocess the 67 gastroscopes and 40 colonoscopes, the results of non-shedding test, hygroscopic property, water-retaining property, cleaning effect, times of wiping and the amount of usage of long fiber non-woven were better than that of common gauze.Conclusions： Bemliese long fiber non-woven is a kind of wiping materials which can be reprocessed and it can be used to clean flexible gastrointestinal endoscope.
