摘 要:跳板作为汽车渡船与码头之间唯一的桥梁,实际营运中汽车渡船跳板主梁断裂破坏和跳板撕裂时有发生.由于跳板可以较为容易地更换,因此其强度问题一直没有引起足够的重视,但一旦主梁发生破坏将造成重大经济损失.本文通过对实际渡船跳板进行试验分析和研究,在试验研究的基础上提出了一套行之有效,准确可靠的有限元计算方法,同时通过试验和有限元详细分析了跳板的破坏机理及车辆行驶位置对主跳板强度的影响,对车辆的行驶速度和位置提出了指导性的建议.The vehicle ferry gangplank is the only bridge between vehicle ferry and wharf,but vehicle ferry gangplank breakage and plate tear accident sometimes occur. Because vehicle ferry gangplanks are easily replaced by new gangplanks,the gangplanks' strength has not caused plenty of attention. On the other hand,the main girder damage will bring great economic loss. This paper focus on experimental research and finite element analysis of the vehicle ferry gangplank,and an effective,accurate and reliable finite element calculation method is proposed based on experimental research and analysis. At the same time,the vehicle ferry gangplank failure mechanism and the effect of position of a vehicle on strength are studied by experimental and finite element calculation methods. Some instructional suggestions are put forward about the speed and location of a car based on experimental and numerical analysis.
