摘  要:随着经济全球化的不断推进和港口发展环境的愈发复杂,中国沿海港口间的竞争愈演愈烈,因此,港口竞争力的研究对于沿海港口的发展及其作用的发挥显得尤为重要.为了准确地评价中国沿海港口的竞争力,促进其快速可持续的发展,从港口条件、港口生产力水平、腹地城市、港口发展潜力和集疏运便捷程度5个方面出发,设计了较为科学的评价指标体系,采用TOPSIS法对13个沿海主要港口的竞争力进行单排序和总排序分析,同时运用DEA法对港口进行有效性分析、规模收益分析、无效港口改进分析.最终研究结果表明:13个主要港口中的上海港、宁波-舟山港、天津港、广州港、深圳港、青岛港的竞争力普遍较强,而其他港口则相对较弱,另外湛江港、汕头港、福州港、厦门港、泉州港为非DEA有效,其余港口为DEA有效.With the advancement of economic globalization and the port development environment gets more complicated,intensifying the competition between Chinese coastal ports. In this context,the research of port competitiveness for the port's development and its role are particularly important. To evaluate the competitiveness of Chinese coastal ports accurately and promote their rapid and sustainable development,the research designs a more scientific evaluation index system,according toport conditions,the level of port production,urban hinterland,port development potential and collector-distributor ability. And the TOPSIS is used to evaluate the competitiveness of 13 ports including the single ranking and total ranking. In addition,the DEA is used to analyze the ports' effectiveness,the returns to scale and the improvement of invalid port. The final result shows that some ports' competitiveness is very prominent,including Shanghai port,Ningbo-Zhoushan port,Tianjin port,Guangzhou port,Shenzhen port and Qingdao port,but other ports are relatively weak. In addition,Zhanjiang port,Shantou port,Fuzhou port,Xiamen port and Quanzhou port are Non-DEA effective,other ports are DEA effective.
