血清抗CCP抗体、抗RA33抗体在类风湿关节炎诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究血清抗CCP抗体和抗RA33抗体在类风湿关节炎诊断当中的应用价值。方法本研究所选择的所有研究对象均为2014年10月—2016年10月我院收治,类风湿性关节炎、非类风湿性关节炎和健康体检者均为60例,检测所有研究对象的抗CCP抗体和抗RA33抗体。结果本研究的研究对象在进行了抗CCP抗体和抗RA33抗体的检测以后,二者的敏感性对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;从特异性的方面来看,抗CCP抗体高于抗RA33抗体,P<0.05。结论在对类风湿性关节炎进行诊断的时候,单独检测抗CCP抗体要优于单独检测抗RA33抗体。Objective To investigate the value of serum anti CCP antibody and anti RA33 antibody in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. MethodsThree groups of subjects were selected in the hospital from October 2014 to October 2015. Among them, there were 60 cases of arthritis, 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, 60 cases of healthy people, and the CCP antibody and RA33 antibody were detected. Results There were no differences in sensitivity of the two antibodies in the study, P 〉 0.05. In terms of specifcity, anti CCP antibodies were higher than anti RA33 antibodies, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, the detection of anti CCP antibodies alone is superior to the detection of anti RA33 antibodies alone.
