分析后外侧入路钢板固定治疗后踝骨折的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究后踝骨折患者施行后外侧入路的内钢板固定术后的临床效果。方法选择我院手足踝外科2015年1月—2016年1月收治的后踝关节骨折患者28例作为研究对象,所有患者均行后外侧入路内钢板固定术,观察患者术后的治疗效果。结果对患者术后12个月随访可见所有患者均已达到骨性愈合,愈合率为100%;骨性愈合优秀15例,良10例,差3例,优良率为89.3%。结论对后踝骨折患者行后外侧入路内固定术可以有效固定骨折部位,复位效果显著,临床治疗效果明显,预后较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterolateralapproach plate fixation in patients with posterior malleolar fracture. Methods 28 cases of posterior malleolar fracture patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were treated with posterolateral approach plate fxation, the effect of postoperative treatment was observed. Results The patients were followed up for 12 months. All the patients had reached bony union, and the healing rate was 100%. The bone healing was excellent in 15 cases, good in 10 cases and poor in 3 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 89.3%. Conclusion The posterior malleolar fractures treated with posterolateral approach plate fxation can effectively fx the fracture internal fxation, the clinical treatment effect is obvious, the prognosis is good, bone healing rate is high.
