摘　　要：目的探讨益肾汤治疗早期肾功能衰竭的临床疗效与应用价值。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者92例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均进行常规西药治疗,对照组在此基础上加用肾衰宁胶囊治疗;观察组采用益肾汤治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对早期肾功能衰竭患者的临床治疗中,采用益肾汤治疗能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗总有效率。Objective To explore the clinical effcacy and application value of yishen decoction in the treatment of early renal failure. Methods 92 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects and were divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine, and the control group was treated with shenshuaining capsule. The observation group was treated with yishen decoction, and the effect were observed and compared with the two groups. Results The treatment effciency of observation group was signifcantly better than the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with early renal failure, the treatment of Yishen Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, to improve the total effective rate of treatment.
