摘 要:目的对生化分析仪白蛋白试剂对肌酐测定的影响进行探讨。方法应用全自动生化分析仪来检测混合血清的肌酐浓度,将单独检测肌酐的项目设定为单独测试组,混合血清按照白蛋白和肌酐的顺序来检测的设定为连续测试组,观察两组的各项反应值的变化;对0.4毫升的混合血清与0.1毫升的生理盐水混合之后设定为对照组,0.4毫升的混合血清分别与白蛋白试剂C1和C2混合设定为混合A组和混合B组,观察白蛋白对肌酐测定的影响。结果连续测定组最终测定的肌酐浓度与单独测定组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与A组的肌酐浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与B组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白蛋白试剂C2对肌酐的测定有明显的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of albumin on creatinine in biochemical analyzer. Methods The application of automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the serum creatinine concentration mixed. Items independently tested for creatinine were set to separate test groups. The pooled serum was determined according to the order of albumin and creatinine as a continuous test group. The changes of reaction values in the two groups were observed; After mixing 0.4 ml of mixed serum with 0.1 ml of normal saline, a control group was established, 0.4 ml of pooled serum was mixed with albumin reagents C1 and C2, respectively, for the mixed A group and the mixed B group. The effect of albumin on creatinine measurement was observed. Results There was a significant difference between the fnal creatinine concentration of the continuous determination group and the independent test group (P 〈 0.05). There was no signifcant difference in the concentration of creatinine between the control group and the A group (P 〉 0.05). And there was a big difference between the two groups, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Albumin reagent C2 has significant influence on the determination of creatinine.
