浅析消毒供应室对手术器械的清洗消毒工作实施一体化管理的效果

摘　　要：目的对手术器械清洗消毒一体化管理的效果进行研究分析。方法选取我院的3 200件手术器械管理情况进行分析,将手术器械分成对照组和观察组,均有1 600件。对照组使用常规管理,观察组使用一体化管理,对两组手术器械清洗效果以及20名医生满意情况来进行比较分析。结果观察组的手术器械清洗合格率及消毒合格均高于对照组,两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院使用消毒手术器械清洗消毒一体化管理措施能够获得很好的成效,提升了手术器械的清洗消毒达标率,提升合格率,减少手术感染的几率,预防医患纠纷。Objective To study and analyze the effect of integrated management of surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection. Methods The management of 3 200 surgical instruments in our hospital was analyzed. The surgical instruments were divided into the control group and the observation group, and there were 1 600 pieces. The control group was given conventional management, the observation group was given integrated management, the washing effect of surgical instruments and 20 doctors satisfaction conditions were compared and analyzed. Results The cleaning rate and disinfection rate of the surgical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated management of surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection can significantly improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments, improve the passing rate, reduce the risk of surgical infection, prevent medical disputes.
