健康教育执行单对眼科白内障患者健康宣教的作用

摘　　要：目的分析健康教育执行单的应用对于眼科收治的白内障患者健康教育的作用。方法选取2008年8月—2009年8月我院眼科收治的92例白内障患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组按照以往方法实施健康宣教,实验组则根据患者一般资料、病情等,为其制定个体化的健康教育执行单,护理人员按照执行单内容实施健康宣教,探讨健康宣教效果。结果实验组患者健康知识掌握优良率(93.48%)高于对照组患者的健康知识掌握优良率(73.91%),组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在眼科白内障患者健康宣教中,运用健康教育执行单,有效提高了患者对疾病知识掌握率及满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of the implementation of health education executive sheet on the health education of cataract patients in ophthalmology. Methods 92 patients with cataract treated in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2009 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the control group, health education was carried out according to the previous methods. The experimental group was based on the patient＇s general information, condition, etc., to formulate individual health education implementation orders for them. The nurses carried out health education according to the implementation form, and the effect of health education was discussed. Results The excellent rate of health knowledge of the experimental group （93.48%） was higher than that of the control group （73.91%）, the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of health education implementation form in the training of ophthalmology patients with cataract can effectively improve the patient＇s knowledge of disease and satisfaction.
