临床护理路径在急诊呼吸衰竭患者重症监测中的护理观察

摘　　要：目的探究在急性呼吸衰竭患者重症监测中实施临床护理路径的价值。方法选取急诊呼吸衰竭重症监测患者60例作为研究的对象,分为两组,其中对照组实施常规模式护理,实验组实施临床护理路径模式护理。结果实验组急诊呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸机使用时间、住院时间均短于对照组;实验组急诊呼吸衰竭患者并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸衰竭患者在重症监测中实施临床护理路径,能够将其并发症的发生率降低,缩短其康复时间。Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway insevere monitoring of patients with acute respiratory failure. Methods 60patients with severe respiratory failure monitoring were selected as thesubjects of the study. They were divided into two groups, in which thecontrol group was given routine nursing care. The experimental group wasgiven clinical nursing pathway nursing. Results The ventilator use time andhospitalization time of the patients with respiratory failure in experimentalgroup were shorter than those in the control group. The incidence ofcomplications in the experimental group with respiratory failure wassignifcantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe clinical nursing pathway of severe acute respiratory failure patients insevere monitoring can reduce the incidence of complications and shortenthe rehabilitation time.
