出院小贴士微信软件在脑卒中出院患者健康教育中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨出院小贴士微信软件在脑卒中出院患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将120例脑卒中出院患者随机分成两组,对照组采用传统出院健康教育模式,即由责任护士行口头出院健康教育并书面分发健康处方。观察组患者出院前在责任护士指导下应用智能手机扫描微信二维码(出院小贴士公众号和脑卒中之家)进行出院健康教育,比较两组患者出院3个月后患者的依从性(包括控制烟酒、合理饮食、康复训练、规律服药和定期复查)、日常生活活动能力和患者满意度。结果观察组依从性(控制烟酒、康复训练、规律服药和定期复查)、ADL评分、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),均衡饮食方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用出院小贴士公众号在脑卒中患者出院健康教育中,可提高患者的依从性,促进患者的功能锻炼,帮助患者恢复日常生活自理能力,提高患者对出院护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat software on health education for discharged patients with stroke. Methods 120 discharged patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional health education mode, that oral health education was conducted by the responsible nurses, and the health prescriptions were distributed in written form. The patients in observation group before discharge in nursing under the guidance of the application of intelligent mobile phone WeChat scan two-dimensional code （tip public number and stroke from home） of the hospital health education. The compliance of 3 groups of patients （including control of alcohol and tobacco, reasonable diet, rehabilitation training, regular medication and regular review）, activity of daily living and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after discharge. Results The complianceof the observation group （control tobacco and alcohol, rehabilitation training, regular medication and regular review）, ADL score and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In balanced diet, the difference between the two groups was not statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of public hospital discharge tips in strokepatients in health education, can improve patients’compliance, promote the functional exercise of patients, help patients recover self-care ability of daily life, to improve nursing service satisfaction of patients.
