摘　　要：社会心态的引导是一个综合的社会工程。要重点关注改革的落实、监督和评估。我们要继续改革,加强改革各环节的反思,提升改革的质量。要完善社会保障制度,让改革的红利真正惠及于民,降低各领域的社会风险带给人们的焦虑感。要进一步挖掘基层民众的力量,充分尊重和发挥其在政策制定、政策落实和政策监督中的作用。要利用好、监管好大众媒体,使其能积极引导、助成健康的社会心态。The guidance of social mentality is a comprehensive social engineering. We shouldfocus on the implementation, supervision and evaluation of the reform. Continue to reform, strengthen the reform of all aspects of reflection, and enhance the quality of reform. Improve the social security system, make the dividend of the reform benefit the people？ and reduce the anxiety of the social risk in various fields. Further tap the strength of the grassroots people, fully respect and play its role in policy formulation,policy implementation and policy supervision. Make good use and good supervision of the mass media, to actively guide and support healthy social mentality.
