摘  要:针对再生料聚酯纤维的耐热性能问题,本文采用了LLY-06E电子单纤维强力仪和Y802A型八篮恒温烘箱,对再生料聚酯纤维、PTT纤维及普通聚酯纤维在常温干态和湿态下的力学性能进行测试分析,并且通过对3种纤维进行热处理实验,分析了纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率、断裂功、初始模量的变化与热处理温度和热处理时间的关系,并进行对比分析。分析结果表明,在热处理温度不超过100℃时,热处理对再生料聚酯纤维的力学性能影响不大;当处理温度达到180℃,热处理时间为1.5h时,再生料聚酯纤维力学性能变差,初始模量显著下降,而断裂伸长率显著增高;PTT纤维及普通聚酯纤维与再生料聚酯纤维类似,但变化趋缓。该研究对再生料聚酯纤维的实际应用提供了理论依据。According to the heat resistance of recycled polyester fiber, this paper studies the tensile properties of recycle polyester fiber,PTT fiber and polyester fiber in dry and wet state by using the LLY-06E electronic sin-gle fiber strength meter and Y802A type eight basket constant temperature oven. The recycle polyester fibers, PTT fibers and polyester fibers are heat - treated. The relationship between the change of fiber breaking strength, elongation at break, breaking work, initial modulus and heat treatment temperature and heat treat-ment time is analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the heat treatment under 100 °C has little effect on the mechanical properties of the recycle polyester fibers, but the mechanical properties decrease evidently when the temperature reaches 180 °C and the time is 1. 5 h. The breaking elongation is increased significantly. The changes of PTT fibers and polyester fibers slow down. As people's environmental awareness is gradually increased, recycle polyester fibers application will be more extensive. This study provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of recycle polyester fibers.
