摘 要:针对煤焦油不完全燃烧制取炭黑过程,本文基于化学链原理,研究了该过程中主反应与其他竞争反应(二次反应)之间相互影响的特性。基于Gibbs自由能最小化原理,计算了各竞争反应前后吉布斯自由能变化和反应平衡常数,研究了竞争反应对不完全燃烧的总包反应的影响机理。理论分析与实验结果表明,炭黑生产率较高的原因不仅由于主反应易于进行,而且和竞争反应中炭黑消耗量较少有关;载氧体产物以Fe3O4和FeO为主,还有少量的Fe单质;因该不完全燃烧反应温度较低,并发生载氧体产物还原NO的协同作用,氮氧化物污染组分排放量较低。该研究从二次反应角度对炭黑制取过程进行模拟,对进一步的研究具有重要参考价值。According to chemical looping theory, the reaction of carbon black in the process of carbon black is studied theoretically. The main reactions of incomplete combustion process and other competitive reactions (secondary reaction) are studied in the paper. Based on the Gibbs free energy minimization principle, the Gibbs free energy change in reaction and equilibrium constant of various competitions are calculated. Theoretical anal-ysis and the comparison of experimental results show: the cause of the high carbon black productivity is not on-ly the easy process of main reaction, but also less black carbon consumption in competing reactions; Body of oxygen carrier product is given priority to with Fe30 4 and FeO, and a small amount of Fe elemental; For low temperature and the effect of oxygen carrier in the progress, low NOx emissions components will release. The process of carbon black production is studied from the second reaction, and the research has important reference value for further.
