摘 要:为了推进电磁发射武器向单兵作战平台发展,采用计算机仿真研究了一种基于锂聚合物电池供电的单兵电磁武器发射过程。采用两级磁阻线圈型的电磁发射模型对发射装置进行了理论分析,利用Ansys Maxwell有限元软件研究了发射装置的内弹道过程。分析发现多级电磁发射过程中逐级减小线圈匝数能有效提高弹丸发射速度。仿真结果表明:在单兵电磁武器小型化的要求下,通过合理设置线圈匝数能有效提高弹丸发射速度,该结果可为后续单兵电磁发射武器的设计及研究提供参考。In order to promote the application of electromagnetic launch in individual combat platform, the computer simulation was conducted to study the launching process of individual electromagnetic weapons powered by lithium polymer battery. The electromagnetic launching model of two-stage reluctance coil was adopted, and the launching device was analyzed theoretically. It can effectively improve the launching speed of projectile to stepwise decrease the coil turns in the process of the multistage electromagnetic emission. The results show that under the miniaturization requirements of individual electromagnetic weapons, the speed of projectile can be effectiviely improved by reasonably setting the coil turns. The results can offer reference for the design and research of the subsequent individual electromagnetic launch weapons.
