摘  要:以硫酸亚铁、硝酸锰为活性物制备铁锰复合催化剂,对乙烯废碱液进行常压空气催化氧化脱硫,考察了反应温度、反应时间、曝气量、催化剂浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,在反应温度50℃,反应时间20 min,曝气量40 L/h,催化剂浓度10 mg/L条件下,复合催化剂具有很好的催化活性,S2-的转化率达99.7%。The catalyst was prepared by using iron salt and manganese salt as active matter. Using the pre-pared catalyst, the ethylene pent caustic was oxidized at atmospheric pressure and low temperature by using air as oxidant. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, air, catalyst concentration etc. on the desulfurization efficiency was investigated. The result showed that the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 20 min, air was 40 L/h,the catalyst concentration was 10 m g/L . The pre-pared composite catalysts have good catalytic activity, the S2 - conversion rate was 99.7%. The technology has some advantages,for example,use amount of catalyst was very low,reaction time was short. The tech-nology achieved good effect in the chemical plant,it has a good application prospect.
