摘 要:5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是美国能源部认定的来源于生物质的重要平台化合物之一。研究表明5-HMF可通过催化葡萄糖和果糖水解制备,但与葡萄糖相比,果糖具有转化效率高等优点,被认为更适合转化合成平台化合物。固体酸作为催化剂因具有产物易分离、回收和不腐蚀设备等优点,近年来被广泛应用于催化领域。主要就近年来固体酸催化果糖合成5-HMF方面的研究进展加以综述,重点概述了固体酸催化果糖制备5-HMF机理,种类及催化性能,并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望。5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF ) is one of the top biomass-derived platform chemicals repor-ted by the U . S. Department of Energy. Although it is found that glucose can be converted into 5- H M F di-rectly, fructose is a more desirable feedstock, even in the absence of catalysts. T h u s, fructose should be better choices as a desirable feedstock for platform chemicals. Solid acids have been widely used in cataly-sis due to their many advantages such as easy separation after reaction, recyclable and non- corrosive. The recent research progress made in the direct conversion of 5- H M F from fructose by solid acids catalysis was reviewed. The catalysis mechanism,as well as the effect of various solid acids on the catalyst performance was considered; lastly, the development prospect was prospected.
