摘 要:目的分析和验证测量距离、瞳孔直径、视场角等不同参数对于视网膜热危害在生理上的影响,为视网膜热危害评估提供理论和数据支持。方法首先结合人眼的生理结构和生理特征分析不同测量条件对于危害限值和评估方法的影响。然后,逐一改变各个测量条件,以实验数据来定量评估各个测量条件对于视网膜辐亮度的影响。结果测量距离、瞳孔直径、视场角对视网膜辐亮度均有影响,由于影响程度还与光源的均匀性相关,定性给出了各个参数对于视网膜辐亮度的影响。结论视网膜热危害评估比较复杂,在实际测量过程中要根据实验对象科学设计实验方案,才能保证较高的光生物安全评估准确性。Objective To provide theoretical and data support for retinal thermal hazard assessment via analyzing and validating the effects of different parameters which including the measurement distance, pupil diameter and the field of view on retinal thermal hazard physiological effects and measurement. Methods Firstly, according to the physiological structure and physiological characteristics of human eyes, the impact of different measurement conditions on hazard limits and evaluation methods was analyzed. Then, each measurement condition was changed one by one, and the in?uence of each measurement condition on the retinal radiance was quantitatively evaluated by experimental data. Results The distance of measurement, the diameter of pupil and the angle of feld of view had in?uence on the retinal radiance, and the in?uence of each parameter on the retinal radiance was qualitatively given because the degree of in?uence was also related to the uniformity of the light source. Conclusion The thermal hazard assessment of retina is very complex. In the actual measurement process, the experimental scheme should be designed scientifcally according to the experimental object, so as to provide the accuracy of the biosafety assessment.
