摘　　要：本文通过分析Valleylab Force FX型高频电刀使用过程中REM回路负极板监测系统频繁触发报警以及电刀手控刀笔模式下电切无输出功率这两例故障,进行故障排除及维修。检修过程展示了该型号电刀REM回路负极板监测系统及手控电刀笔相关控制电路基本原理,对于类似故障的处理提供了一定的参考。定期的保养、主动维护可以降低电刀故障报错的发生率,减少停机时间,提高工作效率,能有效的保障患者和医护人员的安全。Two fault cases of REM loop negative plate monitoring system frequent alarm and electric cut without output power in hand control mode of Valleylab Force FX high frequency electric knife were analyzed, checked and maintained. The troubleshooting course showed the basic principle of REM loop negative plate monitoring system and hand control related control circuit, and offered consult to similar faults. Regular and active maintenance can decrease faults incidence of electric knife, reduce down time, improve work effciency and guarantee safety of patients and medical staff.
